Listing Approach

Our “love it or leave it” approach to listing your home provides you with complete flexibility and puts more money in your pocket.

Our listing agreement is only three (3) months long, and you can cancel anytime by calling or emailing to say “I want to cancel.”  It’s that simple.  Our unique listing agreement allows you to do this because I’m confident that you won’t.

You will never be pressured by the buyer’s agent.  All offers will be delivered to our office and presented to you by phone and email so that you can make your decision privately.

You will also never be pressured by me or my company.  My relationship with you is worth more than this single transaction.  I want you to be so happy with your listing experience that you refer all your friends and family to me once your home is sold.  If this means rejecting a too-low offer, for example, than you’ll have my full support.

You are not charged any upfront fees for marketing or exit fees for early cancellation.  You only pay if I procure an offer that is acceptable to you and settlement is completed.

I’ll help you strategically price your home so that you’re competitive with the current market.  We’ll look at data about properties recently listed and sold as well as trends going on in general in the market.  I believe that it’s your property, your money, and your decision; my job is to give you all the information necessary so that you can make a great decision.

We take the mystery out of marketing. Below shows where buyers find the home that they ultimately purchase.  Our marketing plan for your home will be based on facts about where buyers find the homes they buy.  And since nearly 40% of buyers find their home online, your listing will have complete Internet exposure through the Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS).
